![]() Frequently Asked Questions Have your employees ever worked in the service industry? Yes. Our employees have all been through Apulent’s screening and training process and have been awarded our Certificate of Competence. No worker will be sent to your event without having first worked at ours. If we’re particularly happy with an Apulent employee, may we hire that person full time with our company? Yes. We will charge a one-time fee in keeping with industry standards based on that employee’s experience and time served with Apulent. Do we pay the employee directly? No. You pay Apulent a fixed, hourly fee per employee and we take care of everything else. What happens if a temporary employee is injured while working for us? All our employees are covered by our insurance policies. How much time do we need before an event to reserve staff? We will always try to staff your event that same day if need be but we would prefer 48 hours notice to serve you best. |
